The New Leader Hasn't Got Solutions. He Creates the Conditions for Others to Bring Them

Today a leader is someone who is able to find the solution through the team, through the people, through the organization, and maybe externally. So you create an environment for others to give you the solution, instead of assuming that you have all the solutions».
In one’s professional life, it’s important «never losing confidence that you can win», Mr. Ciserani says, and that confidence is one of the gifts Bocconi gave him when he studied here in the '80s.
