This delicate and crucial issue will be discussed on Tuesday 2 March, starting at 2:30pm, in the webinar "Mind the Gap (s): Monetary Policy and the Way Out of the Pandemic". Taking part will be Fabio Panetta, member of the Executive Committee of European Central Bank, Bocconi Rector Gianmario Verona,  Tommaso Monacelli, head of the Department of Economics, and Donato Masciandaro, director of the Baffi Carefin Research Center and Intesa Sanpaolo Chair in Economics of Financial Regulation.

“This event is particularly important also because it takes place in the week before the the meeting of the Board of the European Central Bank”, explains Donato Masciandaro, “There the latest data will be analyzed and on that basis the Bank will decide its strategy for the coming months. Fabio Panetta's analysis will certainly help us to better understand what is happening on the monetary policy front ".
