BIF: The World Map of Opportunities

BOCCONI INTERNATIONAL FAIR IS THE EVENT INTRODUCING STUDENTS TO ALL THE OPPORTUNITIES FOR STUDY AND WORK ABROAD. ON FEBRUARY 6 FROM 12PM IN THE ROENTGEN BUILDING

"Appreciating the value of difference", "Seeing reality from different perspectives", "Being open to new experiences", "Considering the world as one nation". This is what being international means for the students met during the last edition of Bocconi International Fair (BIF), the annual initiative to present all the opportunities for study and work abroad offered by the University, which is ready to return on February 6 from 12pm to 4pm at the Roentgen building.

The day will start at 12pm in the Aula Magna (Roentgen building) with a round table on the exchange program, introduced by the Dean for International Affairs Stefano Caselli, during which students and alumni will talk about their international experiences.

Afterwards, from 1pm to 4pm students can visit the Study Abroad Fair and the Work Abroad Fair, to be held at the same time in the foyer of the Aula Magna. The first is an area where to meet outgoing and incoming exchange students worldwide and also Bocconi International Relations staff -available to clear up any doubts on application, selection and academic recognition procedures. The second area is instead available to those who wish to find out about internship opportunities abroad: it will be possible to collect information thanks to the support of job market experts who will oversee desks divided by geographical areas and sectors.

The BIF is an initiative dedicated to those who wish to enrich their curriculum with an international experience. Opportunities that allow students to grow not only on an academic and professional level, but also on a personal one. And which have been taken advantage of by more and more Bocconians: 3,936 students left for a period of study or work abroad in 2018.
