Two Weeks of Activities for 880 New Students

THE NEW STUDENTS WHO HAVE CHOSEN BOCCONI AS THEIR EXCHANGE DESTINATION COME FROM ALL OVER THE WORLD. INFORMATION DESKS, CAMPUS AND CITY TOURS, ITALIAN COURSES, NETWORKING EVENTS. HERE ARE ALL THE ACTIVITIES TO WELCOME THEM

In the last few days Bocconi has seen the arrival of over 880 new students from partner universities in the 5 continents. To welcome and prepare them for the semester, the university has organized a busy schedule of welcome activities, until February 6, to help newcomers familiarize themselves with the campuscomply with administrative procedures and meet the others exchange mates from the very first days.

From the informative "Welcome Desk" in the atrium of the via Sarfatti building - until Friday 31 January-, to guided tours of the campus and of the city: new this year, in addition to the classic Milan tour, the “San Siro”, and the “Fashion” one, they can also sign up for tours of the Cimitero Monumentale and of the area of Porta Nuova. From dates designed to bring exchange students together such as the Welcome Cocktail (February 6) and Speed Dates, to the Orientation Day, to be held on February 4 from 10am to 3pm in the Roentgen Building: an event to meet other students and receive all the information on services and activities directly from the International Student Desk staff.

The lessons of the Italian Language CrashCourse with over 420 students divided into 17 classes will continue until February 8.
