Verona's Team Renewed

STARTING THIS NOVEMBER, THE RECTOR'S SECOND 2YEAR TERM WILL BEGIN AND A NEW RECTORAL COMMITTEE WILL TAKE OFFICE. THREE NEW NAMES HAVE BEEN ADDED

Instead of 11, there will now be 10 men and women on Gianmario Verona’s team for his next term, which officially starts on 1 November and ends on 31 October 2020. 
 
In addition to the Deans of the 5 Schools, there will 5 other Deans (replacing the 6 during the first 2-year term): Jerome Adda (Dean for Research), Pierpaolo Battigalli (PhD School), Francesco Billari (Dean of the Faculty, also delegate for University accreditations), Bruno Busacca (Dean of Fundraising and Alumni Engagement), Antonella Carù (Dean of the Graduate School, also delegate for institutional relations on University teaching), Stefano Caselli (Dean for International Affairs), Annalisa Prencipe (Dean of  the Undergraduate School, also delegate for management of student relations), Pietro Sirena (School of Law),  Markus Venzin (Dean for Innovation). On Prof. Verona's proposal, the Executive Committee has approved the confirmation of Giuseppe Soda as Dean of SDA Bocconi School of Management.
 
“I take this opportunity to thank Alberto Grando, Stefano Liebman, Marco Ottaviani and Fausto Panunzi for the dedication and passion they have shown as Deans in the past two years, and for the much-appreciated work they brought to their respective positions,” says Gianmario Verona. “I am sure that the new team can count on the crucial support of the entire Faculty and Staff, and the students, as has always been the case. Lastly, I want to extend my best regards and my wishes for successful work in the academic year we have just begun.”
