Dubini Appointed to the Board of Mantua's Ducal Palace

, by Davide Ripamonti
The appointment is part of the framework of the Franceschini reform, which assigns increased autonomy to leading museums in Italy

Paola Dubini, Program Director of the Bachelor of Science in Economics and Management for Arts, Culture and Communication at Bocconi University, has been appointed to the board of directors at Mantua's Ducal Palace. The appointment, already effective, will last 5 years. It is part of the framework of the reform established by Dario Franceschini, which identifies 20 autonomous museums, including the Ducal Palace.

"The museums involved need a board that will support and guide them in their funding and development policies," explains Dubini. "Furthermore, Mantua has been named the Italian culture capital for 2016, and many activities will take place in the city. Due to the Ducal Palace's importance, the size of its spaces and the privileged position it holds in the center of the city, it will undoubtedly play a leading role and will be the venue for many events."
