Jeffrey Sachs at Bocconi

On Monday, April 1 Sachs will speak at the presentation of the 2019 World Happiness Report

Now at its 7th edition, the World Happiness Report is an innovative survey of the state of global happiness that ranks 156 countries by how happy their citizens perceive themselves to be. The report is published by the United Nations Sustainable Development Solutions Network in partnership with the Fondazione Ernesto Illy and will be presented in Italy on April 1 at 4pm, in Bocconi, in an event organised by Illy in collaboration with the University.

Presenting the report will be some of the editors: Jeffrey D. Sachs, Director of the UN Sustainable Development Solutions Network and the Center for Sustainable Development at Columbia University, Jan-Emmanuel De Neve, University of Oxford, John F. Helliwell, University of British Columbia and Director of the CIFAR Programme on Social Interactions, Identity and Well-Being.

A roundtable will follow with Francesco Billari, Andrea Illy, Letizia Moratti and Jeffrey D. Sachs, moderated by Francesco Morace, and a Q&A with the audience.
