Make a Well Informed Choice on Open Day

, by Susanna Della Vedova
Saturday 18 March, in the Via Roentgen building, is the day dedicated to the choice of study programs to attend next year. High school students will be able to remove any last doubts, collect information and simulate the admission test set for 20 April. Registration for the test will close on 7 April

Open Day Bocconi is on 18 March, from 8am to 2:30pm in the building at Via Roentgen 1. The event is reserved to high school students (fourth and fifth year) interested in attending one of Bocconi's undergraduate programs in economics, management, finance, political science and law.

Each program will have a dedicated presentation, in which its content and curricula will be analyzed. Here are the programs offered by the University:

In Italian: Economia aziendale e management; Economia e finanza; Economia e management per arte, cultura e comunicazione; e Giurisprudenza.

In English: International Economics and Management; International Economics and Finance; Economics and Social Science; Economics, Management and Computer Science; Economics and Management for Arts, Culture and Communication; World Bachelor in Business; International Politics and Government.

During the whole morning, the students will collect information materials on international relations, the summer school, tuition, extracurricular activities etc. In addition, every hour from 10am to 2pm, you can join a guided tour of the Bocconi campus, while at 1pm a presentation has been organized that will explain how to apply to Bocconi, costs, financial aid and housing.

Finally, for those interested in a taste of the admission test, at 2pm there will be a simulation lasting 1 hour. The actual admission test (last session) will be held on 20 April at Bocconi. Registration is open until 7 April. A lounge available to those who are already admitted will allow next year's freshmen to meet their future classmates.

The Open Day has also thought of companions and parents, with opportunities to meet and interact. At 9am there will be a presentation of the degree programs via live webcast; at 10 a panel discussion with human resources managers to learn about employment opportunities after graduation from Bocconi; and at 1pm a meeting to find out about the Bocconi admissions process.
