The eighth episode of Svolta tells the story of Umberto Barbieri: a degree in business management, experiences abroad, then consulting in Ernst & Young, five years lived in a hurry. "Consulting has been a great school, because it teaches you to always perform under pressure and, at the same time, allows you to see many different sectors," explains the alumnus, now a project manager.

But, after years of intense work in the big city, the idea of leaving consultancy and moving back to Verona began to mature. And also to attend a Master program, to keep his skills up to date.
