The SDA Bocconi MBA allowed him to change jobs and build a circle of friendships that he still feels very close to today. Thus, Gabriele Dini, 42, full-time MBA degree in 2009, 2014 (and then again in 2018 and 2019) decided to focus on the give back, donating to the collection of the MBA Reunion Scholarship Fund, the fund that supports the creation of scholarships for participation in the MBA program. For him, support for education is no less important than other forms of support, such as medical research.

"Indeed," he explains, "it is precisely in the case of education that even small numbers can really make a difference and change a person's destiny ". So with regard to a Master, giving young people like him the chance to access an MBA at SDA Bocconi "means a lot, especially today when international competition is very tight".

Gabriele, who works in London finance as a partner in the venture capital fund Breed Reply, is very clear on one point, the need to overcome the scarce Italian propensity, "common in many other European countries", to invest in the future of education for others: "It is a short-sighted attitude", he concludes. "And, unfortunately, in Italy we often see the results of not having placed education at the center of attention for charitable giving".
