Bocconi alumni meet with Gian Carlo Mocci of Aicex for another Energizer Breakfast

In the world of customer experience, consumer expectations, perceptions and experiences are all that matters. It is customer experience that determines purchasing power, word-of-mouth marketing, and consumer loyalty.

The crucial issues in interacting with customers will be the focus of the upcoming Energizer Breakfast devoted to marketing and consumers. It will be held at the BAA headquarters on October 6 at 7:45am. Guest speaker will be Gian Carlo Mocci, President of Aicex, the Italian association devoted to customer experience. The event is open to all Bocconi alumni.
