The Academy for Young Talents in Real Estate Is Back

The Real Estate Innovation Academy is back, the managerial and economic-financial training program conceived by SDA Bocconi and Assoimmobiliare to allow 25 Bachelor or Master graduates (but also undergraduates who finish within the first available session) to develop their careers in the real estate sector. The Academy's curriculum, which will start on 4 October and last 34 weeks, aims to train young professionals who can be directly inserted in one of the 17 partner companies of the project (Allianz Real Estate, Antirion Sgr, Avalon, Blue SGR, Caceis, Casavo, CBRE, Dovevivo, Generali Real Estate, GVA Redilco | Sigest, hope Sicaf, Kroll ex Duff & Phelps, Praxi, Prelios, Risanamento, Sensible Capital, Zenith Service). Participation in the program, once selected, is free: the cost of the initiative is in fact borne by the partner companies.  

"The Real Estate Innovation Academy project invests in young talents and gives them the opportunity to integrate on-campus training through direct experience in contact with the operations of partner companies", explain Andrea Beltratti and Alessia Bezzecchi, directors of Real Estate Innovation Academy. “Today economic-financial and managerial skills are needed from the beginning of the career to operate in an modern and sustainable way in real estate, in accordance with ESG-investing criteria.” 

The ReInnovation Academy project is an integral part of the REInnovation Lab, the research and training platform dedicated to the real estate sector created by SDA Bocconi and Assoimmobiliare.
