A New Growth Based on Sustainability and Inclusiveness

 “The pandemic made us face unprecedented challenges. We became more resilient and agile and the most important thing was to stay close to our people. Regards the upcoming B20 Forum, of which she is President, she says “we want to support a move towards a different type of growth – more sustainable and inclusive.”

And business schools also must help “to teach business people that we have to commit to sustainability and inclusiveness. And teach them to be open-minded and fast in facing uncertainty.”

She believes education is also “key to closing the gender gap. We have to teach female leadership. “
