Tatiana Larionova in concert

THE AWARDWINNING PIANO SOLOIST ON THURSDAY 28 AT 9PM IN BOCCONI

Organized by ISU Bocconi in collaboration with Furcht PianofortiKawai, Tatiana Larionova will perform on Thursday 28, in the aula Magna via Gobbi 5, at 9pm.
The programme:
First part: Robert Schumann Arabesque Op. 18 Sonata No. 1 in F-sharp minor, Op. 11
 
Second part: Fryderyk Chopin 24 Preludes Op. 28
 
Tatiana Larionova began studying the piano at the age of five. In 1991, she entered the Central Music School in Moscow, where she studied under Professor Yuri Slesarev. After graduating with honors, Tatiana attended the Moscow State Conservatory where she studied until 2004 under Professor Victor Merzhanov, graduating again with an excellent record. In 2014, she completed a Master in Pedagogy at the Conservatorio della Svizzera Italiana in Lugano. She has won several national and international competitions and has participated in many international piano festivals, and has played in the leading concert halls in all of Europe. In November 2009, Tatiana recorded her debut CD/DVD for Limen Music, featuring works by Haydn, Liszt and Rachmaninov, and in 2015 she recorded the CD, Brilliant Classics Schuncke Piano Music. The CD Amadeus was released in 2016. Tatiana is currently living in Italy, where she regularly performs as a soloist for leading institutions, and she is also passionately dedicated to chamber music (duo with Davide Cabassi, trio with piano, quartet with percussion, etc.), and teaching. She is artistic director of the successful international chamber concert season “Primavera di Baggio.” In 2013, she founded Kawai summer courses in Ledro (junior and senior camp) and she is also a teacher at the Istituto Comprensivo Madre Bucchi and the “Cluster” music school in Milan.
