745 Budding Talents at Bocconi

, by Susanna Della Vedova
Selected high school students in their junior year have just started sitting in on Bocconi classes and will take the admission test

Starting today, 745 high school students are attending classes at Bocconi thanks to Discover Your Talent, the student orientation initiative proposed by the University to attract the most motivated prospective students in Italy and abroad and expose them to the fields of knowledge and degree programs active at Bocconi.

High school students will attend lectures by Bocconi faculty and seminars on current economic issues that allow prospective students to get a better sense of the various disciplines and undergraduate programs offered by the University for academic year 2016-2017. Like everybody else, they'll have to pass the admission test, though.

These high school students (615 are Italian, and 130 come from abroad: India, Turkey, Australia, and Greece in particular) have been selected because they show an interest in business, economics and law, and have an excellent curriculum and grade point average.

In addition to attend in-depth classes, participants will be able to get a feel of life on campus (e.g the Bocconi Radio Night) and of the excitement for EXPO Milano 2015! Students participating in Discover Your Talent will be offered the opportunity to do one of the following: a day at the Expo World Fair, visit to the San Siro football museum, visit to the Duomo and its spires, or a guided tour of the fashion district.
