Bocconi Also in the European Top 10 of US News

IN THE SUBJECT RANKING FOR ECONOMICS AND BUSINESS, BASED ON RESEARCH EXCELLENCE, BOCCONI PLACES 7TH IN EUROPE. NINTH IN THE WORLD INSTEAD FOR INTERNATIONAL COLLABORATION

After the various placings in the Europe top 10 of Financial Times, Times Higher Education e QS, a new positive acknowledgement for Bocconi in the U.S News ranking too. In the subject ranking dedicated to  Business & Economics Bocconi places in fact 7th in Europe and 28th worldwide.

The U.S News ranking distinguishes itself for being based exclusively on the research reputation and performance of the universities taken into consideration. The ranking is drawn up based on the results of 8 indicators, including global research reputation, publications and number of citations.  Among the various indicators analyzed Bocconi distinguishes itself in particular for international collaboration, which measures co-authorship with researchers from other universities, placing 9th in the world.

"This new acknowledgement in the international rankings," says Stefano Caselli, Vice Rector for International Affairs, "not only highlights the fundamental merit of research in Bocconi, but especially comes from one of the most acknowledged rankings and of long tradition in the US, which allows us to communicate more effectively the quality of our success and strength in attracting talent."
