Four New Faces in the Rectoral Team

THE NEW RECTORATE, EFFECTIVE AS OF 1 NOVEMBER, INCLUDES FIVE VICE RECTORS AND FIVE SCHOOL DEANS

The team that supports the rector in managing the University will be reinvigorated by four new professors. From 1 November 2014, Rector Andrea Sironi has announced, Eliana La Ferrara, Gianmario Verona, Arnstein Aassve and Pierpaolo Battigalli will enter the team.

Six professors will continue to work in the team: Marco Agliati, Stefano Caselli, Alberto Grando, Antonella Carù (even if with a new role), Stefano Liebman and Bruno Busacca. Four people will leave the Rectorate: Tito Boeri, Alfonso Gambardella, Lorenzo Peccati and Francesco Saita - and the Rector thanks all of them for their work.

Two new rectoral delegates will be appointed: Giovani Valotti for institutional relations (in the last two years he was Vice Rector for the same) and Luigi Proserpio or learning and teaching innovation.

The Vice Rectors for the next two years will be: Marco Agliati (internal organization), Stefano Caselli (international affairs), Alberto Grando (development), Eliana La Ferrara (research) and Gianmario Verona (faculty). The Deans of the five Bocconi Schools will be: Arnstein Aassve (Undergraduate), Antonella Carù (Graduate), Stefano Liebman (Law), Pierpaolo Battigalli (PhD) and Bruno Busacca (SDA Bocconi School of Management).
