#BocconiLiveDay. The Beauty of a Live Stream...Within the Campus
HOW MANY THINGS CAN HAPPEN AT BOCCONI IN ONE DAY? TO FIND IT OUT, VISIT THE UNIVERSITY FACEBOOK PAGE ON SEPTEMBER 21 AND FOLLOW THE #BOCCONILIVEDAY, THE FIRST EVENT THAT TELLS ALL ABOUT BOCCONI LIVEBocconi is not just made of numbers: it is associations, innovation, art, music, sports and internationality. A reality, which is extremely difficult to grasp when you are not living it day by day. For this was born the #BocconiLiveDay, a whole day, September 21, of live coverage on the University Facebook page, aimed at telling what happens at Bocconi during a normal day on campus.
The Ciceros of the Facebook community during this virtual trip within the walls of the campus will be Chiara Terrasi, Simonetta Poltronieri, Giorgia Orlando, Fabiola Bombana, Grandinetti Carlo and Giovanna Spiga, six students who are also members of Radio Bocconi and Bocconi TV, two of the three university media channels. The camera will follow the narrative voices all over the campus, giving viewers an insight into life at Bocconi University: the discovery of the student media center, a meeting with some student associations, a guided tour of some of the contemporary art works you can find around the campus, a visit to the gym to discover all the sports and activities offered by the university, and even a chat with President Mario Monti before the beginning of the Tax Avoidance and Privacy in the Digital Age conference that will also see the presence of the Nobel Prize Joseph Eugene Stiglitz and the European Commissioner Margrethe Vestager both live from Columbia University. All this together with many other surprises as well as unexpected moments: that's the beauty of live!
